Good stay but housekeeping only came one time in 5/4 night stay. We had to keep going to the front desk to get fresh towels.

The overall experience is very good. The hotel room is clean and tight. All equpiment is useful. There are two things I don't like. One is the air is not very freshing. Especially inside the room. I think it is because the room only has one air conditioner that can refresh the air. It doesn't have another ventilatioin system. The second thing is that the sound proof is not very good. I can hear clearly from the room next door which makes me difficult to sleep in the night.

The person checking us in realized it was my birthday and gave me a free ice cream. We don’t really spend much time there other than sleeping but it was clean and quiet. The GPS getting there seemed a little confused and it’s very by itself. Worked well for our intended purpose of a quick trip for some sight seeing and concert. Would stay here again.

When I checked in they sent me to a room that wasn’t clean . They had several welcome bags for Hilton rewards members which I am but was not offered . Had to go back to front desk to get another room key since first room was not clean . No big deal over all but front desk person seemed to care less . Hotel was supposed to be pet friendly. My daughter was in a pet friendly room . We went to dinner close to hotel and got a call we had to come back because her dog was making too much noise. When we got back to room less than 10 min after leaving he was sound asleep in his crate . Not very pet friendly at all
