LARGE LIBRARY, FAST WI-FI. VERY QUIET AND SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. THIS IS THE ENTIRE 1,070 sq ft., 2ND FLOOR OF A 15 YEAR OLD HOUSE. THERE ARE 16 STEPS UP TO THE 2ND FLOOR. WE ARE LOCATED CLOSE TO I-75, LEE UNIVERSITY AND ACCESS TO MANY OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES. THERE ARE 2 QUEEN BEDS AND 4 RECLINERS THAT ADULTS OR CHILDREN CAN SLEEP IN. THERE IS A 10' x 18' OUTDOOR SEATING AREA WITH A GAS BBQ. EXCELLENT FOR LONG-TERM STAYS. FOR EACH GUEST AFTER 5, THERE IS A $25 CHARGE PER NIGHT.

Just what we needed
We only stayed one night on our cross country trip, but this was perfect for our quick stay. Communication and arrival instructions were wonderful. Quiet neighborhood and home, but close enough to anything we wanted to do. Great place to stay on our trip!

Quick overnite
My family and I were traveling back from GA and wanted to visit the aquarium in Chattanooga. As a family of 5 we decided to rent via VRBO for extra space. The space was clean and the owner was very friendly. Location wise there were tons of places to eat and relatively close to Chattanooga which is where we were headed the next day. Would stay here again if needed.

Wonderful Stay
This is a wonderful little above the garage 2 bedroom, 1 bath, movie room, small kitchen apartment. We had two people in our group and had plenty of room. The beds and linens are super comfortable. The hosts were very kind with great communication. We watched a movie in the theater room and it was really comfy. I definitely recommend this home while visiting the area.

Great Place For A Quick Visit
Good place to stay for a few days. :-) Has a small refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster. Great setup of an in-home theater with recliners. Kids enjoyed it, too!

Wonderful stay
This is a beautiful home and a wonderful place to stay! It is totally as advertised and in a very nice, safe neighborhood. Mike is easy to work with! I travelled with two teenage grandsons who loved the theater seats and gaming opportunities in the TV room. I would definitely stay again were I to travel here in the future.

Perfect for the Busy Family
Busy everyday with rafting, zip lining etc and just needed a clean, comfortable , air conditioned place to rest at night. This is that place. Easy check in, super friendly host. Will plan to use next rafting trip.

Very nice upstairs apartment
Our stay at Mike’s house was excellent. We only stayed one night and did not need any of the amenities, but they were all available! After 5 people took showers there was still plenty of hot water, which was ideal for everyone to be able to get ready in the morning. Overall, a cozy space for staying the night!

Perfect Stop-over
On our way home to Ohio from FL this was the perfect stop-over. It’s right off the highway, easy to access, self check in. We didn’t spend a lot of time there as it was just a stop overnight for some rest, and we hate hotels. The place was clean, bed very comfortable, nicely furnished & decorated. Mike was extremely quick with replies and very attentive, making sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely book this place again next time we head south.

2022 Wedding
We wanted a place to stay near the venue of a wedding we were to attend. VRBO is our go to and has never disappointed so, we found this rental. The place was perfect, it was close by, comfortable, in a nice neighborhood, and the host was very welcoming. If we had reason to be in the area again, we would certainly go back!

We’ll maintained and attractive accommodations.
Our host, Mike, was gracious and accommodating. We did not realize that this was a second floor apartment but we managed. Rooms were well furnished. First bedroom is quite large, but second is quite small. We would rent again if we needed accommodations in the area.

A Most Excellent Stay!
My brother-in-law and I were in Cleveland to visit some friends. He’d retired and moved away a year ago, and we came for a visit. Found this amazing VRBO and booked it. Oh my soul! What a gem this is. Clean, comfortable, spacious….all the good stuff! Met the host, Mr Lyon, as we pulled in, and we were immediately impressed. This a fantastic place to stay. From the theater room to the spacious bedrooms. Will stay here again when we come again to Cleveland.

Just what we needed!
We are a family of five and our 3 children are all over 6 ft tall. One hotel room just won't do. This place was in a great location, provided plenty of space for us to move around, and was comfortable. The owner greeted us to ensure we could get in okay and that we had everything we needed. The boys slept in the theater room in the fully reclining chairs (they may have slept... or they may have played on the PS4 all night... I'm not sure). Anyway, It was a a great stay and excellent price!
