This was the perfect (yes, "charming") place for our family of three to hang our hats while visiting Cleveland. Close proximity to the very lovely University Circle area (including the Cleveland Institute of Music, one of our objectives in visiting), while only a moderate drive away from downtown Cleveland. Cool, open, warm, roomy layout for a comparatively small place. Easy check-in and check-out. Consistent, quick communication from host. On a small, quiet street, while also close to Larchmere and MLK, both larger streets. Immediate area (Larchmere?) somewhat non-descript, but, in truth, we didn't spend too much time there.

Nice place for a weekend getaway
The apartment was very clean and obviously well cared for. The house has been updated and finishing touches are in process but all in all it was comfortable and worth the stay.

Perfect for a Cleveland Clinic visit
Charming! was just right for us. It was a comfortable, clean and quiet place to stay while we kept appointments at the Cleveland Clinic and it was only a short drive away. We enjoyed the Larchmere neighborhood too and felt very safe which is especially important for a couple of 75+ year olds! We'll stay here again and look forward to working with our very responsive host, Ken.

Comfortable stay
Our stay here was very significant to us. It was the last leg of the journey on the purchase of our new house in Ohio. We always felt safe in the house and neighborhood. Unfortunately, did not have time to visit the shops, bakeries, and bars in Larchmere since we were either traveling or working so can't give feedback on that subject. The property manager was always responsive.

Great stay
The place was just as described. It was a cute, two bedroom duplex with kitchen and bathroom essentials. It was very relaxing in a quiet neighborhood. The owner checked to make sure we had everything we needed through VRBO messages several times. It was only 10 minutes or less to the Cleveland Clinic. We stayed for 7 nights If we have another long-term stay in Cleveland, I would definitely book again!

Clean and comfortable
This older home has been revitalized along with others in the neighborhood. It was an easy drive to Cleveland Clinic, the main reason for our stay. The wide steps to the front porch made unloading suitcases and the cooler an easy task for this first floor apartment. The HoneyBirch Bakehouse on the corner is definitely worth a visit (or two.)

Nice little flat on a quiet one way street. The house is very well maintained. The neighborhood is very quiet. The property manager was still in the house when we arrived. Very nice lady. If the need arises I will be staying here again.

Two day stay in Cleveland
Overall a great experience, nice little home not too far out of the city but not downtown with crazy traffic. Had an issue with parking but host and property manager helped sort out quickly and made everything super easy. Would book again if in the Cleveland area.

Charming is an accurate description. Comfortable beds, plenty of indoor space with a relaxing front porch for first floor quests. We enjoyed the ease of check in and check out. The owner’s communication was excellent and timely.

My husband and another couple of friends stayed here for a weekend trip and it was a great place to stay! Very clean and had everything we needed.
