"Great views. Surly unhelpful staff, except for the bartender who was friendly and extremely attentive. The rooms are on the 2nd floor with no elevator. I asked for a room with a view of the golf course and wad given a small attic like room with a slanted wall that I kept hitting with my head. The breakfast was fine."

"We had a basic room (average amount of space, etc) Came with mini bar but no coffee in room. Shower leaked on bathroom flood and hair dryer did not work. Room key is required to keep lights on (and only one was provided for 2 people). Did not use pool or spa. Village is quite nice, location of hotel was good for visitors going to castle, other sites."

"Overall, an excellent experience. The La Sapiniere had a real apartment feel to it and I could easily see my family and I staying here again. "Fantastic house enjoyed by our family of 10 (3 generations) and our dog. The holiday wasn’t spoilt by the poor weather because the house was great. Lots of space - pool, sauna and games room meant everyone was entertained. Prüm is a nice quiet place and we managed to also catch a brilliant concert which was part of the Prümer Sommer! We also easily drove to Luxembourg for the day. Fab holiday!"
