"We enjoyed our stay at the Malmaison Charterhouse Square very much. Staff was uniformly helpful and cheerful, our room on the 6th floor was quiet and comfortable (especially the not-too-soft, not-too-hard bed), and all the facilities were spotless and well appointed. We had a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant as well. Lots of little extras, like tea- and coffee-making facilities, biscuits, and lovely toiletries, plus quirky decor details made the stay especially nice."

The room was really nicely furnished, shower was amazing, the fridge in the room was stocked with complimentary bottled water and muffins, and there was good WiFi.
