"Stayed at this property before. Has ideal location if attending Playhouse theatre. Hotel is reasonably tidy with some areas needing some small touch ups and improvements . "Fabulous location, room and facilities. Only slight peeve was no mini bar in the room and two complimentary tiny shortbread biscuits in refreshment tray. Tesco express within 100 metres resolved this. Stayed over six nations Rugby and although hotel full to capacity no fall in level of service. "

"Me and my partner stayed for a night, got a good deal on a room with breakfast included however a bit disappointing the room being situated at a point where there was a massive skip outside and ongoing works outside so awoken early with constant banging. Street noise etc was a given as the hotel is in the city centre. The hotel is huge so I’m almost positive there would have been rooms elsewhere and it was a Monday night so not particularly busy.
