Agencement et équipement
Appartement très bien équipé, bonne literie, linge de maison fourni et très propre. Emplacement idéal et proche de la mer, super pour les familles avec enfants. Dommage qu’il n’y a pas beaucoup de commerces et qu’il faille se déplacer à 5 km pour le juste nécessaire. Le premier restaurant est également à 5 km et c’est le seul dans le coin.

Logement irréprochable on ne peut mieux espérer
Je voulais d'abord remercier Michel et son épouse pour leur très bon accueil ; sympas, modestes et très hospitaliers. Nous avons apprécié le wifi mis à notre disposition et indispensable pour les ados Location idéale pour les vacanciers avec un p'tit chien Logement de qualité proposant de bonnes prestations ; de confort, matériel mis à la disposition de qualité il ne manque de rien ! Fier de sa table a induction n'est ce pas Michel !!! et le tout à 100 mètres de la plage ! Nous recommandons sincèrement cette villégiature

Accueil très agréable des propriétaires dans un appartement agréable, propre et bien équipé.
Le plus de cet appartement donnant sur un jardin clos idéal pour notre chien c'est sa proximité immédiate de la plage et d'une aire de jeux. Le GR 34 passe à proximité. L'endroit est particulièrement calme. Depuis cet endroit, on peut rapidement accéder au port de Moguériec, à Saint-Pol-de-Léon, Roscoff d'où vous pouvez embarquer en bateau pour l'Ile de Batz. Le bourg de Cléder situé à 5 km est bien équipé en commerces et dispose d'un supermarché avec station service. Depuis Cléder, vous pouvez aisément vous déplacer à Brest, ou au Huelgoat. N'hésitez pas à solliciter les propriétaires qui vous dispenseront les meilleurs conseils pour visites et restauration.

Fantastischer Strand, nette Vermieter, saubere Wohnung
Gut ausgestattete Wohnung im 1. Stock für 4 Personen, zum Teil renoviert aber auch zum Teil noch "wie damals", kleine gemütliche Küche (ohne Spülmaschine), großzügiges Wohn- und Esszimmer, gut geeignet für Kinder (großer Spielplatz nebenan, Gartenmitbenutzung und Strand direkt um die Ecke). Der Strand ist wirklich wunderschön, mit Kletterfelsen und viel feinem Sand. Bei Ebbe riesig groß und bei Flut auch noch außreichend breit. Cléder selbst hat nicht sehr viel zu bieten, dafür kann man aber durch die Dünen spazieren und weitere Strände in der Umgebung besuchen.

Belle maison bien équipé manque peut être un sèche linge pour une région humide mais rien de primordial ! On a en plus pu profiter du terrain principal à notre guise belle attention. Très satisfait merci au Kervella

Tout le confort à 5 min d'une plage magnifique
La maison est vraiment très confortable, rien ne manque, Michel et sa femme ont pensé à tout et sont très prévenants ! L'endroit est un peu excentré mais à quelques mètres d'une plage magnifique donc ça compense largement. Le coin est splendide, tant de balades à faire quand on est véhiculé. Je suis tombée amoureuse de la région.

Location agréable et propriétaires chaleureux.
Les propriétaires de cette location nous ont réservé un accueil plus que chaleureux. L'appartement est idéalement situé à 100 mètres d'une des plus belles plages du Finistère nord dans un beau quartier résidentiel où il fait bon vivre. Il est spacieux et bien équipé et, cerise sur le gâteau, le linge de maison est fourni en ce compris les essuies vaisselle, les draps de lit, les serviettes de bain et même les draps de plage. Monsieur et Madame Kervella sont vraiment des personnes de qualité dont la compagnie est des plus agréable. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location. Antonia et Charly

We spent 2 lovely weeks in the Bretagne and stayed at this flat. It was simply perfect for us, situated right beside the beach, which in our opinion is one of the nicest in the Bretagne! Even in August the beach was never too crowded and the shallow sea was great for the kids to play in! There's a playpark for the kids right in front of the door and there is almost no traffic on the roads, so the children can play safe. The flat is very well equipped and clean, beds and sofa very comfortable. We missed absolutely nothing. We felt very cosy and comfortable and the interieur is really nice. The hosts, Marie-Louise and Michel, were very welcoming and helpful in any needs. For exploring the Bretagne, we found lots of information und brochures. In fact, we enjoyed our stay that much that we are returning to the flat tomorrow for to spend also our autumn holidays there. "Die Wohnung liegt ideal: 100m bis zum Meer, man kann die Wellen von der Wohnung sogar rauschen hören. Auf dem benachbarten Campingplatz gibt es u.a. frisches Baguette. L'emplacement de la maiso...
L'emplacement de la maison est exceptionnel. Dernière ligne de maisons avant le littoral : il suffit de traverser une petite pinède, franchir une dune et on se trouve sur l'une des plus belles plages de France. plusieurs km de sentiers littoraux dans les dunes et le long des rochers sont accessibles à pieds ou à vélo. Pour les amoureux de la nature. Les propriétaires M. et Mme K. sont très accueillants et sympathiques et dispensent de précieux conseils touristiques.

"Perfekte Lage drei Minut...
"Perfekte Lage drei Minuten zu Fuß von einem sehr schönen Strand. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die Ferienwohnung ist teilweise neu renoviert und sehr komplett ausgestattet. Der nächste Ort, Cleder mit ein paar Geschäften ist ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt, Restaurants gibt es nur im etwas weiteren Umkreis."
