"We stayed in the bedroom with the four poster bed and have to say the accommodation is tired and not necessarily well represented in the pictures that are posted. We arrived one hour after the check in time and although we tried to make contact in advance for instructions on what to do as the site suggests, neither the owner or hotels.com replied to our questions so when we arrived it was pitch black and there were no signs or instructions which was disappointing.
