The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home located in Clearfield, Utah. This gorgeous ground-floor apartment, with its attached garage and private entrance, is the epitome of modern-day comfort and convenience. Designed meticulously to accommodate up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this retreat will ensure you make memories that last a lifetime.
Enter the spacious living room, where you can curl up on the comfortable sofas and enjoy your favorite shows on a 55" 4K Ultra HD TV equipped with Roku apps. Each bedroom is a sanctuary of its own, hosting a 43" 4K Ultra HD TV, a plush King-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. Watch as your little ones play joyously on our kids' playground, visible from the back patio.
A fully-equipped kitchen announces itself for those delicious homemade meals. It is complete with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, and even a rice maker.
Our dedication to convenience extends further, as we provide a washer and dryer within the unit, a Nest thermostat for personalized climate control, and state-of-the-art WiFi 6 (AX 1800) to ensure seamless connectivity. A spacious workspace is also available where you can conduct business uninterrupted.
Guest Access:
Access the property hassle-free with our smart-lock enabled self-check-in and check-out process. During your stay, you are welcome to enjoy our on-site amenities such as the pool and hot tub, gym, yoga studio, pickleball court, kids' playground, and mini self-checkout market. Bask in the Utah sun while lounging in the backyard, or indulge in a hearty barbecue using our grill. Parking is a breeze with a private garage attached to the apartment as well as free street parking.

Utah's spring season is particularly glorious. The surrounding hills bloom with vibrant colors, providing ample opportunity for picturesque hikes and pleasing family outings. And speaking of family, upcoming holidays like Memorial Day, Juneteenth, and Independence day could be great times to plan a staycation here.
Rest assured, your safety is of utmost importance to us. Our property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher. We also hold a 'no smoking' policy to preserve the beauty and comfort of our space.
Additionally, the Clearfield locale offers an impressive dining scene. Sample the best of local cuisine at nearby restaurants like Steiny’s Family Sports Grill for classic American delicacies or Osaka Sushi for sushi lovers.
Please note there is a strict adherence policy for house rules, and any violation may incur additional fees or cancellation of the booking. For pet owners, kindly review the pet policy and related fees. Our apartment complex is pet-friendly and has designated spaces for your furry friends.

House Rules
The Guest agrees to abide by the following house rules and understand that any violation of the following rule may result in extra fees and/or cancellation of the booking without refund. Violation of any of these rules may result in an admin fee of $50 added to any other lost item, damage, extra cleaning or incidental fees associated with the violation per violation incident.
Tobacco, Alcohol and Drug Usage
1. No Smoking, Vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property.
2. No illegal substances of any kind anywhere on the premises.
3. Smoking of any kind in or near the property will result in a minimum of $250 cleaning fee and eviction from the property without refund.
Being a Good Neighbor
1. No Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor, or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, or the like.
2. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 8am.
3. Be respectful of neighbors.
4. Do not have more guests than stated on your reservation and no unapproved visitors. There is a $50 per night fee for every guest not listed on the reservation.
5. No loud music or disturbances. Especially after quiet hours which start at 10:00 PM
6. Do not use shared amenities outside of their posted allowed time frames.
7. Do not park in any assigned parking spaces that have not been assigned to the guest. Do not park anywhere parking is not allowed. The owner is not respondible for damage, or costs incurred due to improper parking.
Check-In and Check-Out
1. The check-in form with attached photo government ID an photo of responsible party must be filled out before arrival. The Guest will not be sent the door code at the designated check-in time unless this form is filled out properly. Incomplete check-in forms may result in cancellation of the reservation. Reservations cancelled less than 5 days before check-in due to an incomplete check-in form are not subject to refund.
2. Early check-ins can never be guaranteed prior to the day of check-in at 11:00 AM. Confirmation of early check-in will be sent in writing via SMS, Email or the booking channel’s messaging platform between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the check-in day. The cost for early check-in is $10 for every full hour early that both parties agree on.
3. Standard check-in is any time after 4:00 PM
4. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Due to cleaning requirements, we cannot offer late check-outs. The owner reserve the right to charge $75 for every 30 minutes after 11 AM for unapproved late check-out.
7. Please follow check-in and check-out instructions as detailed in messages sent via the booking channel, text message and listed in the guidebook.
8. The unit is equipped for self-check-in and the Owner will not be present during the check-in process.
Pets
1. Pets are only allowed if the pet is listed on the reservation, and the accompanying pet fee is paid prior to the start of the reservation.
2. Pets must be on a leash or in a secure container in all public areas of the apartment complex except the dog park (if applicable.)
3. You must pick up after your pets and dispose of feces in an appropriate manner.
4. Uncontrolled barking or other pet noise can lead to noise complaints. If it becomes an ongoing issue, we reserve the right to terminate the reservation without refund.
5. Pet urine or feces found in the apartment will lead to a minimum of $100 extra cleaning fee per incident.
6. The Guest will be responsible for any repair of any damage to the property or replacement of any broken items caused by their pets, or service animals. The Guest should make The Owner aware of any incidents that will require repair or replacement in a timely manner to allow The Owner time to schedule repairs or order replacements. The Guest may be responsible for the daily rate of extra days that the unit cannot be rented out to other guests due to such damage.
7. The Guest is responsible for removing all fur from furniture and decorations. The Owner strongly recommends not allowing dogs to sit on couches, decorative pillows, or beds. The Owner will charge an extra cleaning fee of no less than $50 if pet fur does not come clean during standard cleaning operations.
Caring for the Property
1. Do not leave vomit, blood, or feces in the apartment. Any extra cost for cleaning any of these biohazard substances will be charged to the guest.
2. Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilet.
3. Do not put oil, grease, bones or any other non-water-soluble items down the drains.
4. Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
5. Run the kitchen sink disposal every time food waste goes down the drain.
6. Plumbing repair costs will be passed on to the guest.
7. If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
8. Any items removed from the property, broken, destroyed, or lost will be replaced at the guest’s cost. Some costs include:
$50 - TV Remote
$75 - Amenities fob
$10 - Batteries from apartment devices such as door locks, remotes, smoke detectors, security devices, etc.
9. Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
10. Always lock the door. We want you and your things to be safe.
11. Do not place diapers or other garbage in the hallway or breezeway. Follow all apartment complex rules for garbage disposal.
