This house is in the heart of downtown Clear Lake where you can meet most of your needs with a short walk. Spend time in the large back yard, in the gazebo, and feel free to park your car in the garage.
This newly updated home has a long driveway for parking. There are two bedrooms, both queens, and a queen sofa sleeper in the family room to comfortably sleep 6. Washer and dryer provided and free to use. Shower and bath, perfect for kiddos after a long day at the beach.

Great location for the 4th!
We stayed over the 4th of July and it was the perfect location for downtown activities and a few blocks to the lake to watch the fireworks. The farmers market on Saturdays is also just a few steps away. Will definitely stay again

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was very clean and cute and even had extras that were nice for our stay like games and garage access to store our bikes. I also like how close it was to the downtown area and the bike trails. The property managers were incredibly helpful with any issues that we had. I would definitely stay here again. Quaint, comfortable bungalow with plenty of space for a small family. Walking distance to downtown and lake. Perfect for our early fall long weekend getaway.

Perfect Location
We were in town for a concert at The Surf and this house was the best location for us to walk right over. The beds and furniture were super comfortable and the bedding smelled so clean. It’s decorated so cute and felt very welcoming! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating as well. We will for sure stay here again.

Great Stay
Great property. Had more to offer than we took advantage of. If you are doing an event at the Surf like we were its a perfect location, can walk easily to it. Quiet neighborhood and great beds.

Loved it!
From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated to fun and whimsical decor and amenities. There was literature available about the area, as well as toys for my 6-year-old grandson, games and bikes for the teens, and a fire pit and gazebo, where the adults could relax. I wish there were more stars to give - our stay was truly a 10!

Nice retreat
We were there on one of the hottest days of the year but getting on/in the water made all difference. We felt right at home in the well stocked kitchen and having the grill available was great.

We had a girls weekend and stayed here! It was so clean and cute! We had plenty of room to spread out and have places to sleep. It was a perfect location to walk up to Harvest Fest. We already have plans to come again!
