Open and luxurious, this waterfront retreat is the perfect destination for your next family vacation. Guzzie on the Lake is truly a unique destination as its one of just a few homes perched above Speelyi Beach on Lake Cle Elum. No expense was spared in the 2021 full remodel of this beautiful, pet friendly property. The home boasts 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, indoor sauna, private hot tub, heated garage game room, and multiple lakeside seating terraces.

As you enter the home you’ll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept great room that opens up directly to the large outdoor deck. The great room features fantastic lake and beach views, a comfortable sectional, gas fireplace, and large smart TV.

The fantastic outdoor living space was designed for relaxing and enjoying quality time with your friends and family. It boasts a large deck with a gas BBQ, private hot tub, fire pit area, and a lower viewing deck just off the beach! A staircase will take you down to the water’s edge.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an oversized island prep area with plenty of bar seating. There are two dining tables in the home that seat up to 16 comfortably.

The whole family will enjoy hanging out in the garage game room that features a TV, comfortable couch, huge foosball table, shuffleboard table, and a 2nd fridge. Just inside the garage is a pet clean up station, wet bar, and a spacious indoor sauna room.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:
• Main floor master with a king bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath.
• 2nd floor master with a king bed, smart TV, and a spa like private bath.
• 2nd floor guest bedroom with a queen bed, and smart TV.
• 2nd floor master with a queen bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath.
• 2nd floor bunk room with 2 sets of twin over full bunks, 2 twin trundles, and a smart TV.

Lake Cle Elum offers an abundance of recreational activities, including boating, jet skiing, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, wind surfing, and more! The lake is a 7 mile long reservoir and the water levels fluctuate greatly throughout the year. The water is at its highest point in May through early June. By late summer the water is at its lowest point and Speelyi Beach is fully exposed. The beach has a gradual slope and consists of sand with some light gravel in areas, perfect for kids to swim and enjoy themselves!

****Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.

Fantastic house for a large group. Minor issues with a few dishes put away dirty by previous guests. The view was amazing from the hot tub and the backyard. The shoreline was a very long walk from the base of the stairs in July, we ended up driving our vehicle to the water most of the time as it was too far to Cary stuff there.

property had an excellent location right on the beach of lake Cle Elum. Lots of nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The pre-teen kids really liked the game room. Hot tub was also a hit.

Beautiful view!
Wow! What a perfect house for a big group. We loved the kids room, game room, and all the ample space. it's nice that many rooms are en suite. The view is unmatchable. The hot tub and sauna are a big win. We would only add that you can hear noise from all the rooms. So unless everyone is quiet and going to bed at the same time, you might want white noise machines or ear plugs!

Something for everyone ages 2-64
So much to enjoy from the game room, hot tub, sauna to the lake, our three generations of family had a great time. Plenty of space to have some quiet time. Cooper river was a short drive away for river swimming, rock jumping, and some much appreciated shade. The lake was quite far from the house in mid August and very windy in the afternoon. Bring good water shoes
