Spend time relaxing in the large great room with connecting kitchen and dining room or appreciate the surrounding beauty while sitting in your own private hot tub. This home is great for entertaining, with a fantastic garage game room, gourmet eat-in kitchen, and adjacent dining area. For those of you that enjoy hiking, biking, and XC Skiing this home is adjacent to Suncadia's trail system. Good Living Inn is the perfect destination for 3 families or up to 4 couples. The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 4 at the long kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably.

Just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, dining table, gas grill, lounge chairs, and a private Hot Tub! The home backs up to one of Suncadia’s green belts and you’ll often see Deer, Elk, and Wild Turkeys!

The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and boasts a king bed, TV, and direct access to the outdoor patio and hot tub. The beautifully appointed travertine master bath features a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The main floor bunk room is an ideal spot for the kids to hang out and it features a twin over a full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. This room sleeps up to 6.

Upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms. The first bedroom is a junior suite with a queen bed and a private en-suite bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a large TV. A the top of the stairs you’ll find a comfortable TV lounge equipped with and XBox and a sofa sleeper that pulls out into a queen bed.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swim center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.

Great weekend stay
The Good Living Inn was excellent. Perfect kitchen space and outdoor patio. House was clean and in good shape. The doggie welcome basket for the dogs with us was an excellent touch. We hope to stay again sometime!

Great house for family vacation
The house is in a great location within the Suncadia Resort, adjacent to one of the many walking/hiking trails. It was very clean and well furnished. The management company was very responsive to our questions. Our family had a great week there, and barbecued every night!

Amazing property!
Pictures don’t do it Justice! So beautiful and peaceful! Beds are comfy and my senior dog e’d so happy about the carpet in the bedroom. She has problems slipping around on the hardwood floors. The outdoor fire pit was relaxing and the game room was perfect for competitive family. Would definitely stay again. Property manager was amazing and responsive

Amazing Estate in the Woods!
Beautiful property on a quiet cul de sac. The place had so much space and was very neat and clean. Lots of considerate touches like varied pillows and bedding and even treats and accessories for your dog. We never saw a car or truck on our road the whole time. The hot tub on the edge of the woods was perfect for relaxing and looking at the stars. The game room garage was so much fun for our whole family. Definitely staying here again in the summer as well as winter.

Company Christmas party
