This spacious 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom residence offers enough sleeping arrangements for up to 11 guests to spread out comfortably over 2,200 square feet of well-appointed living space, making it a perfect accommodation choice for a large family, multiple families or a group of close friends looking for a mountain adventure.

The spacious great room features a chef’s kitchen with stainless appliances, dining table with seating for 8, a large kitchen island with seating for 3, a gas fireplace, and a 60” TV with HuluTV.

Step outside to the covered patio and you’ll enjoy the 6 person dining table, private hot tub, and a gas fire pit!

The whole family will enjoy hours of entertainment in the garage game room that features a shuffleboard table, foosball, pop-o-shot, and a large TV with HuluTV.

The home boasts two King Master Suites with private en-suite tile bathrooms. There is also a King Guest Bedroom and a bunk room that has two sets of Twin over Twin Bunks, and a Twin Trundle. There are a total of 3 bathrooms with showers and a ½ bath off the great room.

Everyone in your family will enjoy all the on-site amenities and the location of this fabulous home!

** We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $95 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. This home has parking for a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. Additional cars may be parked a block away at the Suncadia Inn. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**

We came for a large family reunion and others in our family stayed in properties very close by. We all enjoyed it. The only negative was that we were unable to watch the Olympics on TV. They did not have basic channels.

The house was great! Very well appointed. The location within Suncadia was also nice, pretty centrally located. We were disappointed to learn (I guess it was in the small print) that we could not use the fitness center - and a big reason we booked at Suncadia was for the pool).

Great Family Property!!
My family stayed here for a long weekend for spring break. It is a beautiful home with plenty of amenities. We all enjoyed the hot tub, shuffleboard and basketball. We were able to cook dinner some nights, and enjoyed a few dinners in Roslyn. We loved Suncadia, and will definitely return. Thank you for a clean home to enjoy!

Great Snow Weekend!
We had an awesome weekend in Suncadia. The house was great! There was plenty of space for the 7 adults in our group. We enjoyed the hot tub, playing the games in the garage, making meals in the kitchen, snowshoeing, xc skiing, and we had dinner at the winery.

Beautiful home, great location!
This home was just as advertised - very clean, amazingly spacious and a great location. With all the snow on the ground, we drove to the sledding hill but could have easily walked even with the kiddos. The game room + hot tub was a great addition and even our dog had plenty of room to roam around. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, and more than enough bathrooms for our 8 guests. Kitchen had all the necessities (pots, pans, utensils) The only thing (and not sure if this was not replenished) but no coffee/creamer/sugar was supplied even though there was a coffee maker. Other than that, our stay was absolutely perfect!

Fantastic stay until time to leave with passes closed.
Passes closed, no rooms anywhere and rental agency refused to call next guests arriving to see if they were planning to come. If not we could stay another night. We have dogs, 6 adults, one child and severely disabled granddaughter . Not a helpful response.

This home was absolutely perfect in every way. The house was lovely and roomy and very well appointed! The extras like the outdoor hot tub and the game room were frequently used and made the stay even more enjoyable. We prepared all of our meals in the convenient kitchen. Since we had small children in the group we were quite impressed with the toy closet and the drawer full of sippy cups! Above and beyond!

Gorgeous
The house seemed either new or newly remodeled -- gorgeous, stylish and clean. It was well-appointed, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The game room was fun. Overall, we also really appreciated that the owners trust the renters to be respectful bu providing high quality cookware and eating ware, as well as outdoor recreation equipment. The only bummer was that the upstairs was not air conditioned, which was surprising.

Perfect for our multi generational household!
This home was perfectly equipped for our group. It included 3 grandparents, 2 parents, 1 teen and 2 preschool aged children. The dual master bedrooms provided enough sofa for each couple to have their private room, a king bed for our third grandparent and the dual bunks for our children! Games and books and plenty to do.
