Comfortable luxurious home
This home was very spacious and perfect for our large group. We stayed 3 nights here, and the amenities, and rooms were all very accommodating. We will definitely come back to this house if we are staying in Suncadia again.

Peaceful, relaxing, spacious, and clean
A beautiful home that feels comfortable and very well prepared for guests. There is a nice view through the trees in the back yard, a quiet neighborhood, lots of birds deer and other wildlife. Parking was spacious, the house was easy to get to, town is just a 12 minute drive away. We had a fantastic time!

Amazing Property
The pictures don’t do it justice. This property has a great view. Perfect for peaceful morning coffee. The rooms are spacious and the common area is large. We were able to comfortably fit our entire group of 11 adults at the kitchen table. I highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous spacious house. Very well equipped. There are electrical lines and towers in the view at the rear of the house which is unfortunate and should be shown in the description, but otherwise is a great spot. The game room is amazing for family entertainment and the house was very comfortable and well maintained.

Home was clean and spacious. Bed sizes listed were inaccurate and has since been updated. Management company refused to let us out of the reservation without a $1000 penalty. We were overall happy with the home and our stay, just wish the description was accurate prior to booking.

This was our best stay yet in Suncadia (out of 12 plus stays). Great location, home amenities, views, and just cozy feel. We would return again in the future. Only needs a bigger/better coffee pot :) and master bed needs improvement. All else was excellent.

Great house in beautiful location
This house was perfect for our family gathering. Loved the bedroom layout, with two downstairs and four upstairs. We could put our 92 yr old Dad downstairs in one bedroom and we had the other and then rest of the family upstairs. Other highlights were game room in the garage, great kitchen, and beautiful view and outdoor sitting area. Also hot tub was enjoyed. Loved the parks and walking trails near by.

Review of Snoberry Lane
The check in process was not good. The code they sent was incorrect, once got correct code the key did not open the door. We were only able to get in side door with digital code. Would be great to have a couple full length mirrors as we were there for my sons wedding. Maybe tissues in bathrooms. Lower smaller bedroom seemed extremely cold. The property and home were great and the home was very clean.

The home was easy for everyone to move around in, we loved having the large table for meals together as well as card games. Just a little suggestion to the host...and I do apologize if this was stated and we didn’t see it...when staying more than three days it would have been nice to receive a heads up that someone would be showing up up to maintenance the hot tub and take away any trash we had accumulated. It was all okay, just a little surprised and wasn’t sure whether to contact host to confirm-we didn’t as the two people seemed to know quite a bit about the layout of the outside and garage area. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Thank you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Where do I start? Home is in tip top shape, very well organized and a wonderful layout for a family gathering. The first impressions walking in with family were through the roof. From the beautiful spacious living room to the large inviting space of each room, this house impressed. The home accomodated 14 very well. My only suggestion would be to get rid of the pullout couch and put a full bed into the sixth bedroom to make it actually feel like an actual bedroom. Other than that Suncadia is always a great place to be for the holidays and the Sapphire Star Lodge definitely will make the trip worth it!

Good house for multiple families, but nickel and dimed
This house was great for multiple families like ours, it had tons of space, a big living room and dining room perfect for dinners together and game night. There were a few issues around the house. Minor things like part of the shuffleboard table broken off, etc. Bring paper towels - only one was provided which was not nearly enough. There was also a $25 charge for any additional trash bag that wouldn’t fit in the garbage bin, which felt excessive. Management was easy to get a hold of over text and friendly.
