"It was a nice, smooth check in. We were met at the house by the property manager, Kerin. He showed us around the house and left contact information. We also met the owners, who live next door. The refrigerator was stocked with complimentary supplies, which was a pleasant surprise. We just had 2 couples, so there was ample room. 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms makes for easy living. Also, the 2nd floor patio with pool makes for a great place to relax and look out over the ocean.The house location is central and near a main road, so it is easy to get to wherever you want to go. The only downside is that there is a construction company equipment yard behind the house and they could be noisy at times if you were on the deck (but you really didn't hear it in the house).The house is showing some age. There were a couple of appliance issues during our stay, but Kerin was quick to repair the problems.Overall, this is a very nice house. It is spacious, comfortable, and well located. I would be happy to stay there again."

"The property isvery clean and has all the amenities we needed. We stayed in Sandy Ground to be near a friend who had moored their boat in the Bay. We had very easy walkable access to a beach and lots of restaurant options. If you want to see the rest of the island, which we did, you will need to rent a car. "

From the manager to our favourite Chef Mr. Kevin 👨‍🍳 The rooms were clean an spacious, easy parking, great food at breakfast and dinner, Kevin made us feel cared and well cared every time we ate at the hotel restaurant. "Extremely friendly staff before I even arrived. I had trouble finding the property with the address provided, so the property manager called and provided directions while I was driving there. The groundskeepers were all extremely friendly and waved each time I went past them. The view was amazing and you could see St. Martin from the house. Everything was clean and they provided bottled water when I arrived. I felt very safe at the property as a solo traveler, and had no worries about anyone trying to take my stuff. There were tables, umbrellas, and chairs for lounging on the beach, and i was able to leave my stuff unattended several times while walking along the beach. Will definitely be booking again and bringing my whole family. "
