"Started out disappointed as rented the ENTIRE property. This is not the case - you have shared kitchen with CCTV. Finished disappointed as accused of having child and making a racket. They forgot to check when we left and CCTV cameras - we weren’t even there. As for room - when we arrived heating was not going - they promptly got to fix issue. "The property is lovely. We had a look around when we got there and its spacious with plenty of storage. There was tea and sugar in the cupboards as well as a comprehensive welcome pack including a map and the menus of nearby takeaways. The beds are comfy, the sofa is comfy, the shower was good, theres also a downstairs bathroom whcih was great as we were 3 people. Would definitely stay here again."
