"We were surprised there is no any microwave in the apartment, we missed it very much. The overall experience is ok but the apartment needs renovation and better cleaning. The grill on the terrace was not clean and sponges in the kitchen old. Otherwise beds were very comfortable and the seaview fantasic! Don't come with a big car as the garage is quite small.The round table in the living room broken."

"I loved everything about the hotel. We stayed at Moroccan style room. Bed was very comfortable and we rested well after our flight from US. Staff is friendly and everyone went extra mile to make us feel like at home. Food, live performance, and sea view were amazing. It was a tiny problem at the check out, our luggage was checked back in vs being checked out. It was resolved relatively quick. Also, check out fees were charged twice, and we are still working to resolve this matter. Otherwise, perfect vacay, thank you for your hospitality. "

"We had a lovely time at the Hermitage when our stay in La Napoule turned out to have no air conditioning during an extreme heat wave. We spent the last 3 nights in town at the Heritage, which is clean, peaceful, and well equipped with a nice pool, gym, restaurant and bar/lounge. There were several families staying and they all seemed very happy. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the one dinner we had at the restaurant. Our room was lovely, with a small balcony and a very spacious bathroom, beautifully designed. Everything was up-to-date and top quality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

Additionally no one to talk to after 7 or 8pm because the front desk is closed. We chose this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star hotel on hotels.com, and it was not cheap, we clearly got misled and taken advantage of by both the hotel and hotels.com"
