"This house is charming and amazing in every way. Super clean, everything you'd need. So pet friendly, which is hard to find.We had everything we needed, were so comfortable, and loved staying here. We originally booked it for one night while we were moving across the country. "Our stay at West Nest 2 was fantastic. Everything was as promised. The accommodations were very comfortable, including lots of blankets in the living area! Everything in the house worked. There was an issue with a gas smell from the fireplace one day, and we just didn't run it the rest of the time. But Matt was extremely responsive and helpful. We paid a pet deposit but ended up not bringing our pet and he refunded the deposit, which was appreciated. Overall, highly recommend this property and...

Very clean although sparsely appointed (not a problem for us). The only real issue was that the code we were sent didn't work and it took a little time to get a new code; it was a simple mistake that was resolved relatively quickly.
