This house was built in 2019 and is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located just 10 minutes from the World Equestrian Center and Caesar's Creek State Park, 20 minutes from the Wilmington Air Park, and 20 minutes away from the Roberts Centre. This house is in a new subdivision that is very quiet. The floor plan is open with a beautiful kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and range. There is a very spacious laundry room that includes a washer and a dryer.
