This is an updated tiny home with two living rooms, fireplace, grill & games!

Tiny home living is perfectly experienced at the Sugar Shack, a stream-side home nestled in a quiet, gated community near Lake Burton. Sweet and complete, the Sugar Shack boasts two living rooms with large TVs, a well-appointed kitchen with full-sized appliances, and a spacious upstairs loft. Well-decorated and cooled by mini split AC units, every inch of the home has been curated for your comfort. Indulge in family game nights over the family room's table, or sip on a sweet beverage on the covered deck. Rounding out the creature comforts, the Sugar Shack has a stackable washer/dryer and free WiFI. Outside, the gas grill and firepit lend themselves to alfresco cookouts followed by s'mores.

3rd Night Free Special - Book 3 Consecutive Nights. Receive 3rd Night Free. Applies to 1-Bedroom or 2-Bedroom Properties Only. May use for Early Arrival or Late Departure. Valid to February 28, 2025 on New Bookings with an arrival date in January or February Only. Excludes MLK & Presidents Day Weekends. Only One Discount Applied per Reservation. An idyllic space for hiking and sightseeing, the Rabun County Area is home to over 120 waterfalls. Moccasin Creek State Park is also less than 10 minutes away. Sugar Shack
Great location in a gated community close to Bleu Canoe restaurant. We were in the area for hiking to waterfalls. We visited two waterfalls while we were there. We would definitely stay again!

Just Perfect!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect getaway at the most serene location in the subdivision. The home was just as pictured and even better in person. So spacious with everything you could need for a weekend away. Close to everything we wanted to explore and the perfect setting. We can't wait to come back and stay again :-)
