If you do, this 3 bedroom 3 bath home accommodates 12 very comfortably.  The master king opens to a private porch on the main level just off the living room & open kitchen centered by an oversized quartz island and wood burning fireplace. An oversize screen porch boasts a sectional and separate table and is next to the main Weber grill and chais lounge chairs along the river side of the home.

The top floor queen sleeps 4 with a trundle next to the private patio and cafe table. The lower level is for the kids and adult kids alike to enjoy games and a pool table, flanked by a lower separate hangout deck facing the river.

The lower bedroom is equipped with two queens and a bunk bed. Enjoy a separate living area, Huge flat screen and gas fireplace. Submerse yourself in the high end hot tub after chillin in the trout filled river.

The oversized private river deck is a fan favorite situated over the moving water for the amateur angler or step down and submerse your legs for a fly fishing experience of a lifetime. You will need a fishing license and trout stamp purchased online. Included you’ll find a picnic table with ample seating along with a double swing and hammock including a state park type grill to rest and relax next to the river fire pit feet away from the sounds of gushing water.  We know this will be your getaway for many years to come anytime of the year.
