Birthday weekend
I enjoyed a few days to myself to hike and photograph some of the waterfalls nearby. The weather wasn't as cooperative as I had hoped but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back for another visit.

Perfect spot
My family has been spending a week on Lake Burton every year since I was a child, and before when my father was growing up. We always stayed at Moccasin Creek state park, but the camper rental prices are astronomical and we couldnt justify that! We found this tiny home for a steal and spent multiple days here, close to our family, and close to the lake! Our family actually mentioned moving the trips into this tiny home neighborhood, as it was just the perfect place! My husband and I were very comfortable in the space, and suprised at how much room there was! We enjoyed our time here, and we hope that we are able to make the trip again next year!

Mountain getaway
We came to try out the tiny home life as potential second home property. Loved it! Perfect location to check out beautiful Lake Burton, Hiawassee, Clayton and other lovely areas in the northeast Ga mountains. We enjoyed sitting on the sweet front porch every evening and having coffee there in the mornings. We will be back!

What a pleasant stay.
This tiny home was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 kids. The neighborhood was friendly with a sense of community among the people who lived there. The experience was hands down one of my best. We will definitely be staying here again. It was quaint, quiet and beautiful.

Frustrated arrival
Entry code not sent prior to arrival. Door code not provided. Had to locate neighbor/resident to get into park. Door locked, no phone service/ no internet without wifi. No phone # to call for help/ No gas for hot water. I expect some form of discount. Dennis Dion

Spent a relaxing 3 days in the North Georgia Mountains. Conveniently located between several small towns. Big kitchen for a tiny house! Never felt confined. Nice community to walk around.

Quiet Stay, 30m to everything, try before I buy stay
Wanted to see Helen & Dahlonega & the falls at the gorge so quick commutes to all from the rental. Also was exploring this area for a perm move & try a tiny home from this builder. Having a fridge and microwave very handy as well as the washer/dryer because I was soaked everyday due to storms & I was able to wash muddy things from hikes and dry everything out. I did not get to meet neighbors due to rain, there are some houses locked up and some where it looks like people live FT. There weren’t any instructions how to access the clubhouse that is one thing I would wish for as tornadoes were close & I was worried about staying in the home. Appreciated the laundry packet but wished for a blow dryer, the less you have to pack for a stay the more room for souvenirs! Tip: I had AT&T and no cell service so write down the gate code given to you jik you can’t pull up email on your phone when you arrive to the community. The free wifi in the rental definitely came in handy.

Tiny House Review
This place was very nice and clean with a friendly neighborhood but there was no towel racks, clothing hooks, or TP holder in the bathroom. The water temperature in the shower was extremely hard to control. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work and there was a problem with the sliding door between the bedroom and stairs. Upon arrival I discovered that there was no bed linens or pillows for the sleeper sofa but the property manager responded quickly to my request and delivered those items within an acceptable timeframe. This is definitely a place we would consider revisiting.

Lovely, just as pictured
Quaint, friendly, and quiet community. Comfortable, cozy and pleasant cottage. Bring your own ice (or ice trays). Host Lisa was very kind and helpful. Don't miss the short but beautiful hike to Hemlock Falls, minutes away. Easy check-in and check-out. Recommended--I would and may stay there again!
