We made reservations at this property in July 2024 for New Year's Eve to avoid fireworks in our hometown with our puppies. Upon arrival on December 30 we found out the facility no longer allows pets which was irritating and disappointing. However, they honored the reservation since we booked it in July. We normally stay at the tavern or enchantment resort with the puppies and will need to do that going forward. But if you're looking for a new hotel and pets are not an issue, I would recommend this location.
This hotel was almost empty when we stayed here. There were 3 other cars besides ours. Our room was clean with no issues. When i checked in, the person at the front was kind and helpful. He told me that there is always coffee and hot water for hot chocolate in the dining area and that in the morning there would be small items like danishes. The next morning i went and checked and it was about 630. The coffee was room temperature and there was no food. I waited till a few minutes after 7am since thats when the paper he gave me said there would be "breakfast". There was nothing. I asked the new person at the desk and he said he had no idea what I was talking about and that there would not be any food. I asked if there would be new coffee and he seemed irritated, so I said nevermind. I packed and left right after that because I had kids that needed to be fed. That was disappointing because I was lied to.
Brand new hotel that is so pretty and clean and inviting! Even smells new! The rooms are nice and the beds and pillows comfortable! Love the large shower! This is a nice retreat for a traveler coming in or leaving Jerome or Sedona! Cute little towns all around it! Would highly recommend!
Easily one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in recent memory. Beautiful new property with spacious rooms, well-thought details, and lovely Hopi artwork. The hotel is conveniently located off a main road while maintaining a quiet, nobody else around location. Easy access to the outdoors behind the hotel with several trails by the Verde River and nearby Tuzigoot National Monument. A great basecamp for your northern Arizona adventures.
Brand new hotel. The rooms were spacious and easy to navigate with my wheelchair. Big, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. They have beautiful native American artwork throughout the building. I did have an issue with the hand-held shower wand causing water flooding the bathroom floor. The staff tried to resolve this issue. I managed fairly well, just trying to be careful not to point the wand outward, but sometimes it still let water out.
This hotel is only 3 months old and it's absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are really nice, clean and spacious. The staff is fantastic and there is a little art gallery on site. It was a tad noisy in the morning as I was on the ground floor and could hear everything happening on the top floor at 7:00am. Overall it was a great stay.
Newly built hotel we wanted to check out. It was really clean. The rooms were very large. Also, large bathroom. Out back is a roomy patio with several conversation areas and tables - a couple with fire pits. There are nice areas to sit in the main area also. I personally found the bed a little harder than I prefer but that's a personal preference. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Overall it was a nice experience.
Beautiful hotel! Newly renovated, comfortable, friendly staff, and gorgeous outside area for sitting around the fire pit, relaxing, and socializing. It's was nice to stay close to Sedona but outside the busyness of it. There were several nice towns nearby with great restaurants and shops. We'd stay here again.
Lovely hotel and beautiful view. I love that there’s no carpeting. The bathroom fan could be much quieter. Check in desk should explain the lights. There’s no place to purchase water or a late night snack.
This is a very special property. It is beautiful, spotless, comfortable and unique. Staying here is like staying in a beautiful art gallery. Our special thanks to Lori for helping with our special requests. They have only been open about 3 months and we wish them great success in the future. We would be lucky to stay here again.
The hotel looked brand new, it was so clean and comfortable. Lovely artwork also.

Daytime staff was super nice. Facility is beautiful. By far the most comfortable bed and softest pillows ever. Nicely located and away from busier downtown. Highly recommend
