"We stayed only one night. Arrived late and left early, so we cannot say much about the facilities. Check in was done in a machine and was straightforward, as well as returning the keys in the morning on the same machine. Not sure what would happens if we need assistance. Room was spacious. Mattress good enough. Place was looking clean, but we used a damp cloth to clean a little bit of yogurt from the carpet and came out with a lot of dirt. Room was worn out in some areas. "We had no choice as there was no where else in Burra. Previous reviews had complained about a step in a dark corridor and nothing had been done to fix this problem and my partner also missed this step and stumbled. At least some yellow tape on the step would help. The corridors are stacked with old boxes and other bits of junk. You do get what you pay for and the room is simply furnished. At least the room was warm. The meal however was wonderful. Would eat there any time"
