"We had a great stay at this apartment in the country. It’s well situated between Reims and Épernay, near vineyards and forests. It was a great base from which to explore the region. The house is well appointed. When the coffee maker broke the host replaced it soon after being informed of the problem. "

"Séjour très agréable dans un coin retiré et reposant. Maison d'architecte "vintage" qui nous a rappelé de bons souvenirs mais propreté à surveiller, surtout dans les chambres et sdb. Très bon contact avec Mathilde mais le "carnet de route" pour préparer le séjour nous est arrivé un peu tard, d'où quelques improvisations mais sans conséquences sur la qualité de notre we. "Property was as described. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Four of the five bedrooms are spacious, one is rather cramped with a sloping roof. Some might find the noise of the constant water flow distracting, we found it soothing. The village is quaint and authentic in an agricultural area but its quite far to go to get supplies. We loved this place, we were all adults but I think there would be too little to do for children."

"Initial impressions were very good. Large space both indoors and outside. All amenities advertised were there and functional (kitchen knives would benefit from a good sharpening 😃). It has one of the best-stocked kitchens of any vacation home we have rented; modern, with everything you need to prepare a meal, and nothing you don’t. "Sehr schöner Bungalow auf einem bezaubernden Grundstück. Malerisch fließt ein kleiner Bach durch das Grundstück, welches mit hübschen Pflanzen, Bäumen und einigem Gemüse sehr geschmackvoll bepflanzt wurde. Das Haus ist mit einer großen Terasse, sehr gut Ausgestattet, schöne größe Küche, sehr großer Wohn-Ess-Bereich und auch sehr bequemen Betten in den wir sehr gut geschlafen haben. "If you have a car this is a very convenient spot to stay. It is close enough to enjoy what Epernay has to offer without having to compete for a parking space. It is a very quiet area and a great spot to base yourself if you are interested in exploring the vineyards and villages in the Champagne region. There is also a Lidl store just around the corner, within walking distance."

"The hotel is very suitable for anyone travelling from the UK by road to southern France or the Alps. The drive from Calais to Chalons-en-Champagne is less than 3 hours. The town is not too far from the motorway south. There is very well priced fuel available. The hotel is located in a very pleasant square. Whereas the hotel does not have a dining room (except for breakfast) there are several restaurants and bars in the square. The hotel has a limited amount of parking, but there is parking in the square and an underground car part beneath the hotel next door that is open to the public."
