"We very much enjoyed our week in Montesilvano. Maria Ida and Carlo were so friendly, generous and welcoming. They and recommended lots of great places to visit in the area, from beautiful wild beaches and pretty hill towns to stunning walks in the Majella National Park. The flat is clean and well equipped, though worth noting that it is quite a long walk to the seafront so we suggest this property will work best for those with a car."

"We stayed as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children under 10) for a week at the end of October. We had backpacks only and the apartments' location meant that the beach was less than a 10 minute walk and the bus into the city was right outside. Manuel was a fantastic host that helped us whenever we need help or advise. His responses were prompt too. Other than cleaning the shower ourselves, the apartment was perfect for our needs."

"Den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Maria haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt ausgestattet (bis auf die Spülmaschine), sehr sauber und elegant. Die Wohnung liegt sehr strandnah, was für die Kinder perfect ist. Geschäfte, Apotheke, Restaurants, Wochenmarkt, Konzerte, Bushaltestelle, alles war innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist eindeutig weiter zu empfehlen."

"The host ended up being extremely kind but we never received any communication or confirmation from the host after booking. Our rental was paid in full at the time of booking and we received confirmation from VRBO about our upcoming stay (address, etc) but no response from our host when I sent her a couple different messages. The day we arrived, we tried calling the host and got no answer but we randomly ran into her on the street near the rental. She apologized and said she was having issues...

"This apartment is so beautiful. Marina has lovely taste in decor and design. We appreciated the space this apartment offered for our group of 5. The location is good, not far from the city centre, beach and restaurants. Marina was so helpful, she picked us up from the bus station and dropped us off at the train station upon departure. "This is great spot if you want to get away from everything for a while. Contact with Mila was superb, the directions to the property made it very easy to find. The villa was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and extremely comfortable with panoramic views of the mountains. It's very quiet and easy to relax there. The local towns are a short drive away making it easy to get out and see something, eat out or just to grab some supplies."
