"Our stay was amazing!! We arrived early was able to leave our luggage and were given a restaurant suggestion. We walked along the water eat lunch and stopped at the grocery store in the building and bought wine, cheese and meats. We sat out on the deck and watched the ocean and drank the wine. Woke up in the morning and had a wonderful Italian breakfast with great company of the host and other guests. Transportation was arranged and we all headed to the ship. "

"This is not a hotel or motel. It is a floor with nice rooms. The only time we saw anyone behind the desk was when guests were expected. It was difficult to reach out to anyone. We were very frustrated. The rooms were kept clean. The area was great. It was right by the pier. We wouldn't stay there again. "

Got picked up in Rome by private transport, enjoyed a very delicious dinner prepared by our host Marco and his wife Pia, received a very nice welcome gift and after a delicious breakfast departed for our cruise ship in Civitavecchia. "The property was located in a very central area of Civitavecchia. The owner of the B & B arranged our shuttle to the inn. The service was spot on. The person who met us at the B&B was very knowable of the area as well as the property. She provided us with excellent recommendations for dinner which was very welcomed. Owner provided us with a shuttle to our ship which removed the stress of us arranging transportation by ourself. I highly recommend this establishment."

"Stayed here with another couple the evening before our cruise. Sandro, the owner, is absolutely awesome. He picked us up from the airport, got us settled in our rooms and then took us to the best restaurant in the area for our first fine Italian meal. The next morning he arranged our transportation to the cruise ship. This is not a hotel, it is a stand alone building that has been converted into several new rooms. Everything is new, modern and clean."
