Objekt liegt in historisch und geographisch interessanter Gegend. Touristisch nur mäßig erschlossen.
Hervorragende Unterkunft mit schöner Sicht auf die Cividaler Altstadt. Gute Verkehrsanbindung an die Umgebung des Friaul einschließlich aller erforderlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger. Für ausländische Gäste ohne Laptop wäre Satelliten-TV für die Verbindung zum Heimatland empfehlenswert. Ansonsten ist eine Kommunikation über WLAN im Hause problemlos möglich.
