Tourist Villa with tourist license number ET / 89 in Cala Blanca-Ciutadella de Menorca and a few meters from the beach of fine white sand and 4 km. from Ciutadella.
Ground floor villa in a very quiet area, ideal for families with children or to rest and relax.
Completely renovated the interior and exterior on May 2 015 with new kitchen and new bathroom.
Large terrace with private pool, solarium and outdoor construction barbecue. 3 x 3 meter wooden pergola with table for lunch or dinner al fresco.
The main room with a large bed, closets, safe and en suite bathroom. All rooms have closets and fan.
The other room with a double bed and the room with 2 single beds share a bathroom.
At 400 meters from the villa there is a resort with restaurants, bars, Irish pub, bakery, souvenirs, supermarket, etc.
The fine sandy beach of Cala Blanca is about 500 meters from the villa.
Regular bus and taxi service to Cala Blanca from Ciutadella,
and from Mahón airport.
