Nice individual villa of Menorcan style located in a quiet and residential area near the Paseo Marítimo de Cap Artruix. It consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), living room, kitchen with direct access to the barbecue area, laundry room and large covered terrace with garden furniture and overlooking the pool. BBQ area It is one kilometer from the nearest beach and the marina.

Excellent Villa
Very clean villa lots of room, comfortable everything you need. Bus stop just 2 min walk to take you into Cuitadella town lovely shops, beach and marina. A marina and beach also in Cal n bosch in walking distance. Wished we had taken a few dvds to watch not many english channels but most people watch on tablets but we are old school. The owner Magdalena could not do a enough was so helpful and welcoming . Lovely villa and an amazing holiday.

Ons verblijf was heerlijk, alleen vonden wij de villa erg gedateerd. Jammer want zwembad ontbraken vele tegeltjes.De bedden waren erg hard!Eethoekstoelen hadden harde zittingen niet comfortabel dus Het ligbad was oud en veel schimmels. Doucheruimte stonk erg eenaar.urine.

Nette Außenanlage, aber nahe der Hauptverkehrsstraße und leider keine Klimaanlage, die für die Schlafzimmer notwendig gewesen wäre.

El personal encargado del alojamiento muy atento y amable pero la casa tenía muchas hormigas.Antes de irse las chicas de la limpieza echaron spray y se quedaron hormigas muertas y pegadas en la pared.Todo olía a spray y además seguían habiendo hormigas. La cama plegable supletoria muy incómoda,imposible para un adulto. Le faltan detalles como alfombrillas para salir de la ducha,balletas de cocina… Bien de menaje y cómoda para la estancia.Tal cómo sale en las fotos. En general la valoración es positiva

Heerlijk nazomeren
Heerlijk kunnen genieten van de nazomer op Menorca. Fijn eiland en fantastisch huisje met ontzettend aardige gastvrouw. Als er iets was, zorgde ze meteen dat het werd opgelost

Villa Asunción
Family of 6 with children ranging age 11 to 21. Villa was perfect size with everything we needed except air conditioning. We hired a car which was good to visit nearby beaches of Cala Blanca and Cala Turqueta.

Fantastic villa
When we arrived we found the villa to be spotlessly clean and also the pool and BBQ area too. It's in a nice residential part of the town and felt safe. Magdalena who met us when we arrived was very helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend this villa to anyone and hope to use it again.

2 weeks at Villa Asuncion, Cala'n Bosch
Our arrangements for our villa rental went very well, thanks to the owner Magdalena, who was very helpful. The villa itself is spacious an well designed. There is a good pool and gardens. The bedrooms are well proportioned, and have good wardrobes. The villa and it's grounds were spotless. From the villa it is a 10 minute walk to the marina with most of the restaurants, although there are 2 small supermarkets and a restaurant (Oca - the Goose) within 5 minutes walk. Hard to find fault, but could do with bedside lights, and more UK TV channels (very few), also no WiFi, but for the price paid excellent value. Many thanks to Magdalena for a great villa rental!

Great villa, Great location
Great villa in a great location, just a short 10/15 minute walk to the Marina, Restaurants & Beach. Excellent owners who provide everything you need and much more. Lovely pool and nice covered terrace for shade or cover, depending on the weather! There is a commercial centre nearby (5 mins) for essentials but it is a little ropey, much better if you head to Cuididella for bigger and better supermarket. Highly recommend night time visit to Cuididella only a couple of Euros on the bus and 15 Euros for a taxi back. Great restaurants and bars down in the harbour. Restaurants in Marina all very good - never had a bad meal and ate in different place every night. Car only required for shopping and to and from airport. No WI-FI in villa (which is a shame) but if you go to local commercial centre you can use Wi-Fi in 2 Rocks bar for price of a coffee. We were 2 couples and villa was ideal but could easily accommodate another couple or family group. We would highly recommend this villa and resort.

Fantastic - perfect for young families
Just returned from a fantastic holiday with our two children aged 3 and 9 months. The villa was fantastic: clean and spacious and in a great location, quiet but just a few minutes walk to the nearest shops and bars. We were pleasantly surprised that the villa and garden were so baby/child friendly, being completely enclosed and well laid out. Our children had a great time as did we. Even though we did not get to meet her in person, our communications with the owner were very helpful and she went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful holiday. Car hire was useful but not necessary as it was an easy 15 minute stroll to all the restaurants and shops in the main resort and the bus stop to access the rest of the island just a few meters down the road.
