It is a detached house renovated in April 2018, within a very quiet urbanization of "menorquín village" type, it has an area of ​​70 square meters, it consists of two bedrooms, one double (with a double bed), and the other with two single beds. It has a large bathroom, with a large shower, a large living room and kitchen, in the house there is no air conditioning. There is an exclusive garden of the house, of 250 meters, with table and chairs and sunbeds for sunbathing. The house is furnished and perfectly equipped (TV with tdt, wifi, sun loungers, crockery, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven ...). The house is oriented towards the central prairie of the urbanization. Lovely little villa - could be great if it was clean
The villa had a lovely outside space. Great access to a beautiful pool. Short taxi to the beach as we had small kids 2 and 4. The only thing that let the villa down was how dirty it was. Such a shame.

Bonita pero incómoda
La casa, el complejo y la zona es muy bonita. Pero tiene algunas deficiencias, los colchones son muy incómodos, la almohada es muy mínima, el microondas tiene óxido y en la zona Barbacoa no hay ningún punto de luz (o la haces de día o no puedes)

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo passato due settimane bellissime. Posto tranquillo, ideale per famiglie. La posizione era perfetta, vicina a Ciutadella e baie e spiagge stupende con un mare cristallino. Per qualsiasi necessità la Sig.ra Heike era sempre a disposizione.

Hébergement très bien conforme à l'annonce, procédure d'arrivée autonome avec boite à clé très pratique, Heike qui a été notre contact est très gentille et réactive (pb de wifi réglé en 2 jours grâce a elle), seul petit pb la TV ne fonctionnait pas à cause d'un câble d'antenne défectueux apparement. Ceci dit super séjour au calme.

Agréable séjour
Maison agréable, confortable, bien située. Nous avons apprécié son espace jardin, pas de vis-à-vis (entouré de haies). Quartier calme (mais nous étions fin avril), bien entretenu. Par contre, deux bémols : - à notre arrivée, la maison était froide. Elle ne possède pas de chauffage et le radiateur électrique d'appoint ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû appeler Mme Schmid qui est arrivée, dans l'heure qui suivait, avec un radiateur d'appoint. Merci Mme Schmid ! Mais un seul radiateur d'appoint n'est pas suffisant. - Un bruit permanent durant une bonne partie de la nuit dans la chambre double, à priori dû au ballon d'eau chaude. Malgré ces 2 points à solutionner, nous recommandons cette location. Nous avons passé un séjour bien agréable (randonnées, visites, criques), profitez de la beauté de l'île malgré une météo parfois mitigée.

Parfait en arrière saison! Seuls au monde! Avec accès à la piscine, terrasse et jardins ! Manque juste un peu d'aération ( alors on laisse les fenetres ouvertes) et qq minuscules fourmis. Très bonne literie

Vacances au calme
Nous avons choisi la meilleure période pour etre au calme et profiter de l'île sans qu'il y ait trop monde (fin septembre). Quelques axes d'amélioration de la maison à prévoir Salle de bain joints a refaire et goutte a goutte au niveau de la chasse d'eau. En dehors de cela le nécessaire est disponible et très bonne situation géographique

Estuvimos desde el día que llegamos sin TV. En los sucesivos contactos con la persona de la inmobiliaria designada por el propietario para la interlocución sobre posibles incidencias, nos transmitió que había habido una serie de problemas (tormenta reciente primero, problemas específicos con la antena después, problemas de conexión al final...), viniendo en dos ocasiones una persona de mantenimiento que no soluciono el problema. A los vecinos colindantes de la urbanización les funcionaba a todos su TV sin problemas. La interlocución posterior con el propietario tampoco fue fructífera ya que argumentaba que era un problema que se iba a solucionar cuando llegarán los técnicos pero que como en la isla había pocos... esa fue la argumentación... como se dice coloquialmente ajo y agua porque nos llamaron para venir a intentar solucionar el problema ya el penúltimo día de los 9 de nuestra estancia... El propietario no se planteó en ningún momento a pesar de nuestra petición al respecto, compensar de alguna forma los inconvenientes de estar todas las vacaciones sin TV. Adicionalmente el estado de las sabanas en las habitaciones es muy deficiente (con manchas de mucho tiempo de uso sin la necesaria reposición por nuevas).

Soggiornato una settimana a fine luglio, buona comunicazione con il proprietario e facilità di accesso. Ottima la posizione ed il contesto, insieme di villette con piscina in comune molto curata e tranquilla. Comodo per visitare la parte sud dell’isola. Unica pecca un pó la pulizia dell’appartamento che con qualche accortezza in piu sarebbe stato perfetto

Schöner entspannter Urlaub ...
Wir haben wieder den Aufenthalt in der Anlage sehr genossen, es ist äußerst leise im Juni, daher war alles sehr ruhig und entspannt. Das Haus entspricht den üblichen spanischen Standards der Insel, zu Zweit ist die Größe optimal. Mit dem Check-In hatte alles super geklappt.

Très bon environnement, calme avec piscine agréable au centre des logements et quasi pour nous… C’était au mois de mai, je pense qu’en été, cela doit être bien différent ! La maison est agréable avec son petit jardin mais mériterait une petite remise à neuf sur certains points et d’avoir un équipement cuisine un peu moins sommaire surtout lorsqu’on passe une semaine. Un léger effort sur la propreté également et ce serait parfait…

Tres belle ile avec paysages variés.
Pour les randonneurs, qui feront des boucles et non le Gr en itinérance, beaucoup de chemins sont privés et interdits aux randonneurs. Chemins non répertoriés ainsi sur carte. Paysages variés et plages,criques sublimes.

Agréable maison bien placée
La maison est jolie, bien placée au cap d'Artrutx à 2 pas d'une balade magnifique (cami de cavalls), du phare, d'un supermarché ouvert 7j/7 et de Ciutadella (10 min). Le lotissement est agréable, surtout en avril où il est quasi désert et donc très calme (ce que nous avons apprécié). Stationnement hyper facile en cette saison. A l'extérieur, les haies de pittosporum (qui sentent magnifiquement bon quand elles sont en fleurs) sont hautes (ce qui n'est pas le cas de toutes les maisons) et assurent une certaine intimité. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, transats, table pour manger dehors et petit coin avec fauteuils pour pouvoir s'installer en fonction du soleil. Bref, nous sommes ravis et recommanderons la maison.
