Perfect location for taking care of everything related to Visas at the U.S. Consulate. Everything is within walking distance and on the same side of the street. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was included with our stay and it was real food, very good. Overall we had a good experience and would highly recommend staying here.

Two minutes walking from consulate
Its a safe place to stay at since there is 24 hour security. If you have to go I would choose this Hotel vs the rest.

It was a really comfortable place really proffessional service the breakfast was delicious the staff was really friendly it had a big pool and nice gym and a snack bar outside that u could order hot foods like hamburgers hotdogs and platters.Location to the u.s consulate was within a walking distance .

Hotel staff were nice , I did encounter an issue but it was resolved pretty quickly . Allen , one of the hotel staff was very helpful and overall a nice guy . Hotel room are clean and cleaning staff did a good job keeping up with the room . My only complain are the beds are definitely not queen as advertised and are not comfortable. But for the price and location I would recommend. Close to finger print location , medical clinic and U.S consulate . Just in walking distance which is exactly what we wanted

Rude front counter staff.
It was ok the staff was a little rude at check in. I was not aware they they do not allow pets. I let them know ibhaf my dog with me a little mini French poodle. The told me pets are not allowed. They told me she would have to stay in the car. Then they asked if I wanted to stay or not. Checking in at 9pm in a town/country I am not familiar with I had no choice. The man at front counter was so rude kept telling me she was not allowed in l. I told him ok I understand but he kept making a point to tell me.

Love the hotel all their staff is so friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, the food is good they have red or green chilaquiles,eggs with ham or sausage, beans, and three different plates. Plus a continental breakfast. if you have questions ask for Sergio or Martin they know all around the city. Big pool and gym

This is the one.
I want to start of by thanking the Hotel staff for the excellent customer service. From housekeeping to front desk the staff was outstanding. We stayed 11 nights, employees were courteous, room clean. People from restaurant, breakfast buffet staff and the lady who cleaned our room very nice and hard workers. Free breakfast, all staff super friendly and helpful, not far from mall and u.s. consulate. It was smooth all the way around. Even the food at the hotel was exceptional. My room was serviced every morning. Excellent staff just overall I truly couldn't have asked for a better stay.The room was excellent very clean very comfortable. I have not stayed in a hotel alone time where I enjoyed it so much and didn't want to get out. The restaurant excellent food. It's my hotel whenever I go to Juarez. :)
