Welcome to Casa Nova, our stylishly renovated Italian countryside villa. This bright and sunny three-bed, three-bath house is situated on the top of a winding country lane, in the rolling hills of the Tuscan and Umbrian border. Set in two acres of land with its own private swimming pool, it's surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, making it perfect for an idyllic Italian holiday. The property was redecorated and renovated in 2012 to high standards.

Nature, serenity and wonderful view !
We spent 10 days in this house and we loved it. It's very quiet, in nature, with a nice garden. When relaxing near the pool, you have a wonderful view over the forests. The pool is large. And the house is very clean and well-equiped. Good beds. You'll need at least half an hour to join the first interesting city Cittta Di Castello. Great to relax in Ombria !

From the first communication this went well. David was very understanding about a mistake I made. The house was great there pool large and clean and the views Incredible. The Carla and Bruno who met us were there in minutes of ringing to let us in. They were delightful. A great plane to stay for anyone. were fey delightful

Rust en ruimte
Voor wie in een ruim huis met prachtige tuin en zwembad wil verblijven, relatief ver van de toeristische drukte, is de villa ideaal. Goed opletten waar je met beheerder van huis afspreekt, want dat ging bij ons mis doordat Google Maps de afgesproken plek niet herkende en het al donker was. Maar verder niets dan goeds over Casa Nova!

fantastisch
Wat een heerlijk, ruim en fijn ingericht huis is dit, met een fantastisch zwembad. We hebben heel veel gezien van de wijde omgeving, en het terugkeren naar dit vakantiehuis was elke keer een thuiskomen. Super dat er voor alle ramen horren zitten, buiten hadden we veel last van stekende insekten, maar binnen helemaal niet. Fijn dat er op de slaapkamers grote ventilatoren staan, het was een week lang ruim 35 graden buiten. De grote keuken is super en alles is heel schoon, dankzij de goede zorgen van Bruno en Carla. Dat er bij binnenkomst al gezorgd blijkt te zijn voor een avondmaaltijd en ontbijt is heel fijn! Een geweldig vakantiehuis!

We had another great holiday at Casa Nova. The house has everything we need and the area is beautiful and perfect for a peaceful break in the sun. Traumhafte Villa
Wir haben eine Woche mit der Familie in diesem wundervollen Haus verbracht. Die Kinder haben den großen Pool sehr genossen. Der Ausblick ist toll. Auf der Terrasse und am Pool konnte man gut entspannen. Das Haus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich nur wünscht. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Fantastisch huis met heerlijk zwembad
We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit prachtige en goed uitgeruste huis. De weg naar het huis is steil, maar daar wen je ook aan hebben we gemerkt. Zwembad is fantastisch en in de omgeving zijn genoeg leuke dorpjes om iedere dag in te verdwalen. Supermarkt zit vlakbij, dus heerlijk luieren aan het zwembad en samen wat kokkerellen is ook prima te doen. Echt een aanrader!!

Great Stay in Casa Nova
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in August 2019. The villa is very comfortable and well appointed and there's lot of interesting places a short drive anyway. We loved the outdoor areas, including the pool which is large and very safe, and the views over the Morra Valley are stunning. Thanks to Carla and Bruno for the warm welcome.

Lovely rural villa in beautiful countryside
We had a lovely holiday at the Villa . The setting is beautiful in the middle of countryside on a hill with wonderful views from the villa and the pool. The villa was very clean comfortable and well set up for a family though we weren’t indoors much mainly enjoying the outside space! Carla and Bruno were welcoming and helpful even though no English by them or Italian by us we all managed well with lots of nods and smiles! It was really useful and reassuring being able to email Rich at anytime as the wfi signal was always good. We had trips to Florence, Perugia and many other beautiful local places in a stunning lovely country and even saw wild boar crossing the road in front of us as we came back though the mountains!

Wonderful, a beautiful place to stay.
Casa Nova is a beautiful place to stay. The house itself is lovely, each room tastefully decorated and it is equipped with everything you need. The pool area is breath taking, we so enjoyed sitting there every morning. We are missing it already.

Our second visit to Casa Nova. The house is very well furnished and equipped with all you need for a restful stay. The pool area is superb, and we spent several days just lounging around sunbathing and swimming. It is completely private with no overlooking properties. Carla and Bruno are marvellous and helped in every way possible - nothing was too much trouble. This is a lovely part of Italy and we would recommend visits to Gubbio, Arrezo, Montone, Assisi and Ubino. The roads are free from tourist traffic and this encourages exploration. You would need to be careful of small children because of the steep drops in the garden. A real find - we will probably go next year as well.

Beautiful Location - Great Views
When we arrived we were welcomed very warmly by the housekeepers Carla and Bruno. The villa, grounds and pool were spotless and the house is very well appointed. The villa is in a beautiful setting high up on the side of the valley with great views over the surrounding hills. The kids (9yrs and 3yrs) adored the pool - lots of swimming; the non slip liner is a good feature. Loads to see and do in the local area and further afield - Gubbio, Cortona, Castiglion. Although it was very easy to spend a day relaxing at the villa itself.

Lovely place !
Just returned from a short 4 day break staying here. Its situated in the beautiful Morra Valley which provides a stunning background when you are lounging around the house. The house itself has recently been refurbished, tastefully decorated. The swimming pool is great way to unwind and refresh from the Italian sunshine . You need a car to get around but there's a lot of historical towns close by to explore and we hired some road bikes from Citta de Castello and cycled around too. A great little find. Highly recommended if you want to recharge and refresh !
