Old Casale in a Huge Country Side in Peace and Relax, Between Umbria and Tuscany

- Welcome to "La Foresteria", an ancient "casale " of the Miralaghi estate, 310 hectares of nature between 450 and at 600 meters above sea level.
This is the first house arriving from Tuscany; ideal for people who want to relax and day dream in an area surrounded by trees, listen to the evening sounds of the woods and admire the stars.
The hill, between two valleys, has an ideal microclimate, with a light breeze that cools the air during the day, a strong temperature range that brings the temperature at night to 20 and 23 ° C, 68 -73F in summer.
Winter is mild because it is never foggy 3-5 degrees above the temperature of the valley.
Are you doing smart working? Why not from a fab place in a cozy countryside not far to the shops, banks, pharmacy, supermarkets? There is a WI-FI super fast connection.
Foresteria has its own ping-pong and soccer table. It is about 20 meters from bowling field, the Jacuzzi for 6 persons and the playground. All shared with the other hoses (2). Children will have fun in the playground (two swings, pendolino, slide, playhouse for children): young and old can play table tennis, table football, bowling green.
The two floors house is large, comfortable and welcoming with large walls from 40 to 60 cm.
4 independent entrances from the staircase, from the terrace and from the private garden. On the first floor 4 large bedrooms: two double and two double bedrooms with two bathrooms two living rooms, 2 kitchens, fireplace, one large sitting area in front of the fireplace, one with the television, A main door leads to the beautiful terrace where to take the sun and enjoy the view of the stars. On the ground floor two independent entrances on two living rooms ( one with a double sofa bed), two doubles and two twins with two bathrooms with shower and two kitchens.
On the terrace: wooden table, benches, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue. The same in the garden at the ground floor divided in three different areas.
On the estate there are also a heated swimming pool at 400 mt shared with another house, a bird watching, on the trees, the 1.5 km long life trail in the woods with 11 equipment with more than 20 exercises, the fishing pond (No-kill fish) for fishing or picnicking in the other equipped lake.

You can enjoy wonderful excursions on foot or by mountain bike along our 20Km of internal panoramic paths, close to an uncontaminated nature with dense woods rich in wildlife.



At night, do not miss the spectacle of the dark sky full of stars; often is possible to see the ISS or the STAR LINK TRAIN with the naked eye.

Within the estate we have many species of wild animals (which I try to protect in every way): foxes, roe deer, hedgehogs, porcupines, wild boars, hares, squirrels and fireflies in June, July. Falcons, Robin, jay, hoopoe, green peak, bee-eaters and other birds are regular visitors. Pheasants and partridges are often released here.

Spring is the flower season and lasts until autumn with violets, wildflowers, sunflowers and cyclamens. From the end of September until the beginning of November many species of mushrooms can be found.

For a unique experience join us on the last weekend of October for the olive harvest.
