1.6 ACRES ALL TO YOURSELF! Enjoy this 2021 home on 1.6 acres on the Withlacoochee river that connects to Rainbow river! Bring your boat with plenty of space to store it and only 2.1 miles from the Spruce boat ramp. Crystal river only 30 min away(via car)for scalloping, fishing, or just a nice cruise. Great restaurants including Stumpknockers, Red's, Blue Gator, and Swampy's all within a few miles. The Trail selection includes, Ross Prairie, Withlacoochee Trail, Withlacoochee Forest.
The space
New 2021 manufactured home 3 beds and 2 baths, sofa bed, full kitchen, and laundry area to accommodate up to 8 guests. All of the water systems and appliances are brand new as well so everything is pristine. Plenty of parking and storage for kayaks or boats. Enjoy a brand new floating dock 16' x 8' and tie up your boat or kayak for the stay!
