Cosy, comfortable single-family house "Montebello", surrounded by trees, fields and vineyards. In the hamlet Citerna 10 km from the centre of Anghiari, 25 km from the centre of Arezzo, 40 km from the centre of Cortona, in a quiet, sunny position, 60 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: well-kept garden with lawn, lawn for sunbathing, courtyard, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 25.Sep.). Patio. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1 km, café 1 km, railway station "San Giustino" 12 km. Golf course 5 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
