"Stayed here for 2 weeks on our honeymoon. Breakfast was outstanding everything made fresh daily. Rooms clean daily. Was able to visit almost every major city in Italy from here/ very centralized. Super safe it’s gated and host gives you your own keyfob for entry/exit. Above all the hosts were amazing and super kind. Would rate 10 stars if I could. Def recommend staying here vs closer to the city and cannot beat their prices! Loved our stay here. "

"La struttura è nuovissima, moderna stilizzata e curata in ogni dettaglio. Nonostante per lavoro mi reco in altre località, preferisco sostare qui perché è il luogo ideale per riposare post lavoro. A 5 minuti dalla stazione di Colleferro ben collegata, di fronte ad un centro commerciale e bar. Tappa fissa per i miei prossimi viaggi di lavoro."

"There was no heat in our room! We were not told before we checked in that there was no heat. It was 50 degrees during the day and 40 degrees at night. When we called the receptionist, Rita, she said that the heaters weren't working in any of the rooms, and that they had called a technician but he still had not come. Also, the "breakfast" was only yogurt and pastries; cookies or croissant. We had to wait for the receptionist to come to request coffee, and had to ask for a second cup of coffee; no...

"Ottima esperienza! Proprietaria molto cordiale, al mio arrivo mi ha mostrato la mia stanza e la zona adibita alla colazione, rispondendo inoltre ai miei dubbi. Nonostante la camera sia piccola, è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari: set di asciugamani completo (1 grande, 1 piccolo, 1 medio), phon, bagnoschiuma, cuscino e coperte aggiuntive. Ottima pressione dell'acqua e della sua temperatura nella doccia, che non sempre è scontata. Letto e cuscini molto confortevoli. Classica colazione...

"Such a friendly welcome, Fabiola couldn't have done more to make me feel at home. I will return! It has 3 rooms, one ensuite the other two share one family bathroom. The larger of those two has a balcony, and you are always welcome to make use of the garden patio which has a lovely big awning. So peaceful in the hills!"
