"Very clean, large, and well equipped house about an hour south of Turin. Ample shopping and restaurants selections nearby. Kids loved the pool and the fully fenced yard was perfect for our German Shepherd."

"The hosts had done an amazing job to make us feel welcome as guests. We have rented a lot of vacation homes in the region over the years, but this by far exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and although being located next to small road, it was screened very well to the pool and garden, and the views were amazing! The host had even left complimentary snacks upon our late arrival, and there were even bathrobes for to all the guests and miniature shampoos, conditioners, bathsoap...

"The house is in a beautiful location, surrounded by vineyards and nut trees. The view from the terrace is amazing and we enjoyed the shade it offered during the day and the pretty sunsets in the warm evenings. "As in all prior reviews, a "10" from us. The house is a modern design, fully equipped, with great view over old Alba. We didn't use the pool, but it is large and always clean. Easy walk into Centro; we also found parking when we drove into town. Best part was our host. Always accessible. As an example. we had a problem with our car one day, and he volunteered to go with us to a mechanic and help us out. We've stayed in a number of VRBO's. This was at the top. Highly recommended. "

"We had a great stay in August. It was very hot so the air con throughout the property was most welcome. The property is well appointed and had all we needed. The pool was ideal for a cooling splash and lots of play with my daughter while her mum enjoyed the sun bathing. Alba is a very nice town with plenty of places to eat and discover the local produce and provided a great base to explore the area. "We loved our stay at Giovanna's traditional country house this week. Giovanna is a very attentive and kind host whose sole wish is that her guests enjoy their stay to the fullest. From tips and advice on where to go and what to do, to keeping cupboards stocked with essentials, including toys for children! "Our group of 6 adults stayed at the villa for 5 days while exploring the surrounding wine region and relaxing after a wedding. The villa was amazing. There was plenty of space for all guests, comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and perfectly manicured lawn and pool area. Marco, Lonela and Christian were great to work with and so friendly, especially through our language barriers.
