"What a brilliant place for our multi-generational group of friends and family. The setting is beautiful - very peaceful, with fabulous views of the surrounding woods and mountains. The property worked really well for us, with something for everyone - particular favourites included the pool, board games, books, TV, table-tennis, and the space to relax on your own if you wanted peace and quiet. Another bonus for us was being able to walk/hike/run direct from the property. A great week, thank you!"

"We had a great stay here. The house and pool are excellent and the location is beautiful and very peaceful. George was very friendly and welcoming and responded quickly to little requests we made. We felt that the description of the location could be a little more precise.The access road is quite rough and tricky to negotiate in places after heavy rain. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered.
