"The property was new and beautiful and was very comfortable for our family of six. We enjoyed the gorgeous view of Split from the pool and Master bedroom. The home is conveniently located close to Split and provided a nice base for our tours of Plitvice Lakes and Krka and our boat trip to Hvar. We would happily stay there again on a future visit."

"The villa is beautiful, with the most spectacular views, it's very large and decorated to the highest standard. All our family enjoyed their stay, it was like staying in a 5 star hotel with the bathroom facilities laid out for guests. The only negative I could say is the roads going up to the villa are very narrow and can be difficult with cars coming in the opposite direction, also the area of Podstrana isn't pretty, but nice around the beach and harbour, road to split is very busy for at least...

"Every single whim catered for, luxury fixtures and fittings in an incredible villa in stunning surroundings. All eleven of us, from a 7 year old to adults, found the facilities and space gave us plenty to do for a week. From the games room, cinema room, pool table, gym, outdoor kitchen, tennis, boules and pool, everything was well maintained and top end. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms and air con throughout. We couldn’t ask for more from a holiday rental."

"The Villa is located in an elevated position with outstanding views although a new Villa is under construction right in front. The facilities and internal finishing is one of the best I ever experienced. Only downside is the pool is too small and very also very cold, the outside spaces are overlooked by neighbouring apartments, each time we made use of the garden or the barbecue the neighbouring guests are passing by in full view. There is also a temporary pool for the next door apartments...

"Kind, thoughtful generous hosts, who run the excellent restaurant next door...great craft beer and cider too. All rooms are a generous size, 3 with balconies. Pool is perfect, bbq area excellent. And the views are simply amazing. Superb location for a family holiday (we had 7 adults and 2 young children. In summary, great location, spaxious villa, awesome views.."
