"Very quaint hotel in old town Sibiu. We came for the Christmas Market. It is within walking distance. Street parking can be challenging and you have to pay to park during the day. We stayed for 3 nights and For some reason we had trouble keeping the room warm at night for the last 2 nights and woke up freezing. I let the staff know and hopefully they will fix it. "

"This hotel is really cute and I love how they decorated the place. The room was clean, nice, and spacious. For breakfast they provide you with delicious croissants and coffee which was nice. This hotel is in a great location because it’s quiet and it’s easy to walk to restaurants and the main areas of Sibiu from here. Only other thing I would say is there no front desk and no one really to check you in. So you need to call when you arrive and if you needed anything no one is at the front desk....

We arrived at 1pm to a locked door, waited an hour before someone came out and said that the hotel was closed and not using hotels.com anymore despite it being listed and us having correctly booked it. This was the 13th of February 2020. We had to immediately book another hotel elsewhere. "

"The apartment was located in a quiet part of Sibiu that is very close to two grocery stores. It was very comfortable and well furnished. The washroom was well done and stocked with good quality toiletries. The front staff was very helpful and kind. Overall it was an excellent value. The onsite parking was a huge plus as well.
