"Very nice room with a good sized well apointed bathroom approx 20 mins walk from the main town or the nearest beach. The only dissapointing thing was the breakfast. Coffee bar next door with a bakery and local market also very close."

"My room was, to put it mildly, “compact.” Bed and bath. No table or chair. But there was a mini-fridge in the closet area, an electric kettle, and a TV. Comfy enough for a short stay. It’s right off a fairly quiet cul de sac in the old city."

"Our queen rooms were fantastic. They were clean, spacious, comfortable and private. The location is in easy reach of the old town, harbour and bus station. Our host met us and was very welcoming and helpful. He gave us lots of recommendations to help us enjoy our stay."

"Fantastic apartment just 15 minutes from Diocletian’s Palace. Free parking can be found on the streets to the south if you are lucky. Very clean with everything a couple or solo traveler would need. Highly recommended."

"An excellent hotel on the outskirts of Split. The Amphora’s Garden is an annex to the main Amphora Hotel, but with its own stunning rooftop infinity pool which at times felt exclusive. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, with very friendly staff, and excellent amenities in the main Amphora hotel, including a rooftop bar. "The staff were always smiling. The wellness centre is fantastic although i would prefer an On Demand button for the Jacuzzi rather than wait 25 mins. Breakfast was so good, i dont normally eat it but went down every morning. Room waa fantastic and the view of sunrise and sunset is better than the Maldives (i should know after a year there). Only thing i didnt enjoy was the 3am call from the neighbours loud "jiggy jiggy" ;@) but this only happened once. I will be back, no doubt about that."

"You can't find a better location to stay in in Split and the room was lovely. Only slight thing to be aware of is that the reception desk isn't manned past 10PM, so if you arrive later (as we did) make sure you let them know in advance so they can tell you how to get in - it wasn't a problem when we let them know."

Amazing hotel

"Amazing hotel with brilliant facilities. The pool and gym were amazing. The food in the hotel was reasonably priced and beautiful. The hotel staff were really helpful and really friendly. The room was really clean and comfortable. Hotel is right next to a mall with supermarkets and eateries in walking distance. Old town is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel but a nice walk. Recommend getting a taxi to and from the airport as you pass the hotel and have to walk about 25 minutes back on yourself when getting the airport shuttle bus. Bus is 8 euros each taxi is around 25 euros."
