Tall people beware of dangerously low-hanging (and sharp) chandeliers in the bathroom (my room at least) but the shower head was refreshingly high enough to comfortably stand under, always a bonus."

"Works if you have an early flight but that's about it. NO blanket, NO pillow, NO sheets (other than a paper cover on the mattress) There is an AC but generates enough noise to wake up the dead! Checkin required a few tries of different variations of my phone number. Only use it if you can't make the first bus from Torino."

"Things to like: Lovely pool area, well-kept grounds, great food at dinner, simple but updated room, access to Alba area. Things to consider: For US travelers, it could be challenging if you need extra service, since the staff currently did not speak English. We appreciated their frugal country ways, but also found the place dark (lights out- nobody at desk after 8). A bit isolated in August but could be delightful when they host weddings there. "
