First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be able to gain access into my unit if they tried. Also didn't like that the washer & dryer were in a community area which wasn't near my unit. The internet didn't work half the time I was there. There was a lot of noise from the surrounding areas. I heard sirens multiple times a day. The blinds in the unit were broken, which I did complain about upon our arrival and they did come replace them the next day. The towel holder was barely staying in the wall. Lastly to wrap this up, I got charged twice for this stay and it took me providing several forms of proof and them giving me the run around for almost two weeks before they finally issued me a refund.
