I reserved an Accessible room because I am on crutches right now. When checked in, I discovered the the curtains didn't close, requested a new room, found the curtains did not close in the second room AND the dead bolt lock on the second room DID NOT work. I was too exhausted to move again. I paid for a nice room, but are the accessible rooms left in poor condition on purpose? Why can't people who need accessible rooms expect quality, updated curtains, heating vents (look grimy), and proper conditions for what they are paying? Just wondering if this applies more to the accessible rooms than the other rooms.

Great bed, friendly staff, WiFi could improve
Very comfortable room, clean bathroom. The bathroom had a lightbulb out, which was fixed by maintenance arriving less than 5 min after I called the front desk. The bed was lovely, just right. Climate control was efficient and easy to use. WiFi was impossible to use on work computer due to security certificate issue.

My mother was disappointed that we didn’t have a microwave in the room however, there was one in the lobby. Also, because she is elderly, it would’ve been nice to have something to hold onto while getting in and out of the shower.
