The Space:
Historic Ludlow Apt A is on the ground level of the home with a private seating area on the front porch, several steps up from the charming brick sidewalk. As you enter the home, your eyes will be drawn to the ornamental fireplace and mantel. A smart tv hangs above which is faced by your choice of comfortable seating. The living room also includes a desk, perfect for your work from home setup.
Further inside, the home’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous wood countertops, cookware, a coffee bar with 2 barstools, and a formal dining table set for 4. The home’s bathroom is just off the kitchen with a spacious, walk-in shower.
The home sleeps 2 guests in 1 bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed and cozy linens for sound nights of rest.

• Off-street parking is available behind the home. Additional street parking at a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Washer and dryer in unit.
• 20 minutes from the Airport.
• This property is equipped with two (2) exterior security cameras. The first is mounted at the entrance of Apt A, actively monitoring the walkway into Apt A and the street. The second is mounted at the entrance of Apt B, actively monitoring the walkway and stairs into Apt B.
Across the Ohio River from the urban center of Cincinnati, Historic Ludlow is within easy reach of some of the city’s most popular attractions including the Bengals Stadium, Riverfront Park, and Great American Ballpark. Beyond this area, there’s still so much more to explore. From Cincinnati’s street art revolution which has transformed neighborhoods with 180+ public murals, to its serious beer culture, revitalized historic neighborhoods with trendy shopping and dining like Over-the-Rhine, and authentic Art Deco architecture and design, this culturally diverse city is a can’t-miss destination.
Back on the Kentucky side of the river, you’re in prime Bourbon Trail territory. Check out distilleries and sipping points where you can sample Northern Kentucky’s bourbon, often paired with traditional southern foods.
