The carpets were very stained and dirty. Holes in the walls. No garbage can or even toilet paper. Front desk didnt have any garbage cans..?

This place is unsafe, dirty carpets, bugs everywhere, filthy sheets with stains ,fridge is old with rust all over it, mold buildup, nasty stains on bathroom tub. The breakfast advertised consisted of a few cereal bars and a pot of coffee, In the middle of the night someone have an access card and open the door trying to force into the room, and the door lock prevented him and took off running. This property has only 2 cameras , one at the front desk and laundry room. I called the police and moved out the next morning and before that the access card for the door keep getting turn off. The front desk does not verify if a guest is actually the one at the room, Anybody can walk in and said my card is not working with any room number and the card is activated. This is very scary . I cannot believe with my own eyes that this place is doing business . People save yourself and your family from booking at this place. Do not get fool by the positive reviews . The pictures were not taken at this hotel. Furniture was super old, carpet was dirty, room smelled of cigarette smoke. Stay Away

When I got to the hotel and tried to check in, I was told there weren’t any rooms available. I tried contacting you, people, with no success. I waited over 15 minutes online, with that absolutely terrible music. I will never use you people again. You wasted $74 of my money.

Convenient location near highway. Horrible cigarette smell in the room. Soiled carpet. Dirty sheets. Dirty towels. Filthy mirror. Did not have the room I booked available and did resolve the issue. Would not stay again. Would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting.
Terrible. We had checked in then left to go get food. We came back and entered the room we were given and it looked like someone had been in there just minutes before we got there. Towels were used, bed sheets were messed up and used, and someone left their drink and food out on the night stand! I am disgusted in how much money I paid for a room and didn’t even get to spend the night in it.

We arrived to be told that our room was not clean so we would have to go some place else. No help finding us another room. . .the girl said we have no clean rooms so You will have to find some place else.

Not the best neighborhood
Since it's an Extended Stay, the clientele tend to be LESS of the overnight travelers. The parking was MEH at best and not close to the room I was in. The hotel location is shoved back in some corner lot. The room was clean enough, although there was some old ice cream in the freezer, the bath mat had a shoe print on it and the smoke detector was disabled because someone smoked SOMETHING in there; burn marks on the bathroom floor. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room... However, the bed was comfortable enough and the AC was one of those noisy wall units BUT this one wasn't too bad surprisingly.

A fitness center was in my advertisement, but I don't think that this location had one. Other than no one being at the front desk when I arrived, everything else went pretty well. My room was close to the hotel's laundry room and, if someone used too much bleach, the smell permeated into my room. Good selection of cable TV channels. The air condition worked very well. The microwave and full-sized refrigerator, with a freezer and ice cube trays, came in handy. Clean room and nice bed. I slept well. Good location, right off the freeway, and lots of restaurants and shopping within five minutes. Thank you.

I drove up and was shocked . The people that I was supposed to meet there did not stay there once they arrived. I did the same thing and didn't stay there. It looks like a transient hotel. I will be disputing the charge. Never took anything from my car. Immediately left.

The rooms are out of date. The carpets was heavily stained. The bed was not a king, it seems more like a queen if that. It was very small. When I was doing my cleaning, I noticed SEVERAL blood stains on the fitted sheet. I went to the front office and of course the cleaning people had already left for the day, so I was given a fitted sheet to put on myself. We also had a dirty towel in the bathroom. The bathroom was the only updated area of the room. The light over the desk didn't work. I told the front office about that as well. She said they wouldn't be back until Monday. I said I will be gone by then. She said she could possibly have someone come early Saturday morning. I said please have them call us first because we wanted to sleep in. Never heard back from anyone. I was very disappointed as the pictures on line is not what we got. We will not be back and I don't recommend anyone staying here.
