The sink was clogged and had to change rooms. The corners of the tub was dirty, the carpet had stains, and the bed was wrapped. The whole aesthetic was disappointing.

Our room was filthy. pull-out bed was broken and had urine stains. bathroom was not cleaned. 50th runion was being held outside of the event room in the middle of the hotel until after 1am. People on microphones singing and the music was getting louder and louder throughout the night. Staff was rude and short handed. Room came with 3 towels and when I requested more they only had one towel available. Pool was extremely over chlorinated and burned my child's skin.

Door of room would not close. 2 nd room assigned, same thing. I thing the structure may have sagged. Not even CLOSE to closing. Doors did not fin in the frames. Left and got refund.
