The neighborhood is centrally located to all that Cincinnati has to offer. The duplex is located on a quiet family oriented street near the culdesac.
We have a driveway and parking in the rear of the property. A Montessori elementary school is less than a block away therefore during school pick up and drop off times there is so traffic on the street for a minimal amount of time.
