1. I never got the email to instruct me on how to access the property. I had to call the owner.
2. The house needs to be cleaned better. We actually began to sanitize the kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms.
3. I reached out to the manager because we couldn’t figure out how to adjust the air. I called her a few times and left a message before she called me back.
4. When a client leaves the entire house should be throughly checked. There were some clothes in the nightstand drawer left behind which wasn’t any of ours.
